Bruce Lipton, a world famous doctor, educator and writer is often quoted by his supporters as an icon of self-help and fitness. Born in 1906, Bruce Lipton received his medical degree from Harvard University and worked for the U.S. Public Health Service for over twenty years. Instead, he believes, our unconscious mind provides the critical information that guides and directs our behavior. And although this part of our mind is far more difficult to influence than reflection and logic, it is also more immune to negative manipulation. This means that we can change undesirable behavior patterns far more easily and efficiently than we could with logic and rational thinking alone.
