Bruce Lipton, a world famous physician, educator and author is often quoted by his supporters as an icon of self-help and fitness. Born in 1906, Bruce Lipton received his medical degree from Harvard University and worked for the U.S. Public Health Service for over twenty years. And although this part of our mind is far more difficult to influence than reflection and logic, it’s also more resistant to negative manipulation. Intuition comes into play as it helps us connect what we already know to our subconscious mind, which in turn helps us make connections into the subconscious mind. Because conscious information tends to restrict our intuitive abilities, consciously processing too much info at once may have a serious inhibitory effect.
