Bruce Lipton, a world famous physician, educator and author is often quoted by his fans as an icon of self-help and fitness. And although this part of our mind is far more difficult to influence than logic and reflection, it is also more immune to negative manipulation. This means that we can change undesirable behavior patterns much more easily and effectively than we can with logic and rational thinking alone.
